Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automobile, agricultural machinery, and other steel forgings/machining/sheet metal sectors across India. Generate leads, visit potential clients, and convert inquiries into orders. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Understand customer requirements, coordinate with the production and quality teams, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals profitably. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy. Attend relevant i ndustrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings to promote the company’s products. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B industrial sales, preferably in automobile components, agri-machinery parts, or steel/forged/machined/sheet metal products. Education: Graduate / B.Tech (Mechanical or related field preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel across India as required. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
