We are a 30-year-old aroma chemical company embarking on a strategic diversification journey into high-growth segments such as pharmaceutical ingredients, skincare actives, cosmetics, and flavor & fragrance (F&F) applications. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Sales & Marketing efforts. Role Summary The VP Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential end customers. This is a leadership role focused on business development, strategic customer engagement, partner management, and brand visibility through digital platforms including LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage B2B customers in pharma, skincare, cosmetics, and F&F sectors. Develop relationships with purchase and R&D teams of target customers. Leverage existing trading/distribution partners supplying similar ingredients. Utilize modern digital outreach methods including LinkedIn to connect with prospects. Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events (online & offline). Coordinate customer plant visits and technical discussions. Contribute to marketing collateral development (brochures, presentations, online profiles). Work Environment Flexible: Full-time or Part-time considered. Remote work acceptable with expected customer and plant visits. Must be comfortable using modern day marketing tools. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical ingredients, skincare actives, cosmetics, and flavor & fragrance (F&F) Strong networking ability. Social media skills like LinkedIn are added bonus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. Compensation Remuneration will be competitive and based on candidates experience, skill set, and contribution level (part-time/full-time). Performance-based incentives may also be offered.
