You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring patient comfort, maintaining patient records, collaborating with the healthcare team, contributing to clinic day-to-day operations, cross-selling clinic services, and maintaining all patient information digitally in the MedoPlus App. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing/ANM/GNM/DMLT or Diploma in Nursing/Paramedic Science, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a nurse or paramedic in a hospital setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for working in rural healthcare settings, and a compassionate and patient-centric approach are also necessary. MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd. is a health-tech company dedicated to facilitating the healthcare journey for all. MedoPlus connects people with recognized doctors and specialists, auto connects to partner labs and hospitals, and manages patient health records through the MedoPlus App. The organization has been recognized with various awards and accolades for its services and is expanding its network of clinics in Barabanki district, UP. If you have a valid nursing license for the state/region, are comfortable with IV insertion and administration, have experience administering injections and medications, are trained in wound dressing and catheterization, can monitor and interpret vital signs accurately, are comfortable following hospital protocols and standard operating procedures, have been involved in an audit, are comfortable working in a rural or semi-urban setting, and are available to start immediately or within 10 days, you are encouraged to apply.
