As a UI Developer, your responsibilities will include developing and testing UI for mobile and web applications. You will design and develop new features for existing servers or implement new ones from scratch. Additionally, you will contribute to OpenSource projects such as Asterisk, Kamailio, NGINX, Redis, HAProxy, PowerDNS, ZFS, and Kubernetes. Your role will involve optimizing performance based on profiling information and investigating security and undesired conditions such as memory leaks and races. You will also be responsible for investigating performance issues like latency and throughput. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct peer reviews including design review, code review, and documentation review. Collaboration with other teams in regards to the managed components will also be a part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a 2BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field. Proficiency in C programming languages and good knowledge of C++ are essential. Excellent knowledge of the Linux OS, familiarity with caching and NoSQL database technologies, and a passion for debugging and profiling with proven experience using specific tools are required. You should also possess good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and networking protocols, as well as memory allocation/garbage techniques. Experience with parallelism techniques such as multi-threading, multi-process, reactor, and disruptor is necessary. Knowledge of distributed systems, real-time protocols, advanced Linux kernel, eBPF, and Golang would be considered advantageous for this role.,
