Job Descriptions ( Papier Creations, Bangalore Role : JOB DESCRIPTION QA QC Execuitve 1. Production Area Testing of all new supplier samples before finalising (inhouse) In case inhouse facility not available, sent for external testing and analyse Prepare the complete files for application of new licenses to the department Ask for COA and relevant reports from all suppliers Do spot checks for Finished Goods in hand 2 . Finished Goods tests Check for the quality of each batch before material is handed over for dispatch Maintain Quality Control Samples for the expiry period (2 packs per batch) 3 Records Maintenance Sales, Purchase, Expense files, E way bills, Debit Notes etc Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, Delivery challans files Train staff regarding work procedures, maintenance of work areas etc Organise training for team regarding how to operate and maintain machines etc 4. Training : Train team regarding Work Safety procedures, Fire Safety procedures etc . Other activities Daily morning 5 mins briefing Monday morning team meetings Technical training every Fridays Check and identify areas of potential savings and ways to avoid wastage and pilferage Extra activities as and when required by the management

Recruitment: Preparing organisation chart department wise Identifying number of positions in each deptt and ensure all positions are filled Preparing budget for recruitment and utilising for ads with optimum costs Ensuring that all the open positions are filled (Senior, Junior, Technical etc) Look at other modes of recruitment apart from print / media ads Try recruitment through staff references with incentive system New Staff Procedures: Joining formalities completion and proper filing including ESIC , Bank etc Explaining Rules & Reg, Benefits, Office procedures etc Induction of new employees and ensure they settle down in respective departmsnts Collect original documents with acknowledgement; hand over to the management Ensure staff records are maintained Ensure staff leave records, Advance taken, Bonus given details are maintained Statutory: Ensure ESIC / PF documentation is manitained perfectly Monthly / quarterly / annual co ordination with statutory consultant Ensure the labour / ESIC / PF inspectors are handled when coming for surprise visits Ensure contractor statutory documents are checked and filed Ensure statutory consultant bills are collected checked and paid for on time monthly HR Activities: Staff monitoring 1st day, 1st week and 1st month Every 90 days performance review of every employee with department head / superior Counselling, Warning and if required termination procedures of staff Ensuring Full and Final settlements are done every 15th of the month Ensure staff birthdays and functions are organised as per schedule Best Employee of the month process to be implemented and organised Conduct an external trainer and other staff motivational activity once a month Administration: Ensuring office cleaning and hygiene is maintained Ensuring janitors are working with necessary tools and implements as per schedule Ensuring office pantry supplies and related items are stocked and monitored Be in control of office security systems, procedures, guest handling etc Ensuring office infrastructure is well monitored and taken care of.
