We’re on a mission to help organizations make smarter, safer hiring decisions with our cutting-edge BGV solutions, and now we need a bold, driven Business Development Manager to help us spread the word and close those sweet, sweet B2B deals. What You’ll Do (a.k.a Your Superpowers): 🧠 Sell our background verification services to HR leaders, startups, and big brands (because trust matters!). 💬 Generate leads, pitch like a pro, close like a boss. 🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships that don’t ghost you. 📊 Meet monthly targets (we don’t worship KPIs, but we do check on them). 🎯 Strategize with leadership on how to grow, scale, and dominate (legally). 🏋️‍♀️ Train and lead junior BDMs as we grow our sales army. What We’re Looking For: ✅ 2–5 years of experience in HR Tech / BGV / SaaS / B2B sales (or if you sold ice to Eskimos, let’s talk). ✅ Proven track record in hunting, pitching, and closing – and doing a little victory dance after. ✅ Experience dealing with HR managers, compliance teams, and decision-makers. ✅ A charming personality with an attitude that says “Let’s do this!” ✅ Self-starter with a good sense of humour (we roast each other in our chats, lovingly).
