Job Title: Area Sales Executive – SBMapp Location: Ahmedabad Industry: PropTech / Society Management Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Any Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to promote and onboard residential societies onto our SBMapp – Smart Building Management App. Your role will involve identifying potential housing societies, pitching the app's benefits, conducting demos, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit residential societies and apartment complexes in your assigned area Pitch SBMapp to society chairpersons, secretaries, and management committees Give app demonstrations and explain features (maintenance billing, visitor management, meetings, etc.) Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients Maintain relationships with existing customers for renewals, upgrades, and referrals Work closely with the onboarding/support team for smooth customer setup Report daily activities, pipeline status, and closures to the sales manager
Key Responsibilities: Generate monthly maintenance bills for residents Maintain accounts of income & expenses of the society Prepare annual balance sheets and reports Maintain digital and physical accounting records Coordinate with society management committee and auditor
