Previous experience in the utility department of a large plant, with direct involvement in water softening and demineralization, or in the design department of a water treatment company is preferred. Candidates with a background in resin marketing and direct experience in Ion Exchange Resins or water treatment plant marketing will be given preference. For the Marketing Manager position in the Textile (Wet) sector, the ideal candidate should hold a degree in textile chemistry from a renowned institute. A minimum of five years of experience working on the shop floor of a reputed processing house or mill is required. While some marketing experience is advantageous, exceptional technical knowledge in processing cotton, synthetics, and blends is essential. Additionally, a strong commercial acumen is necessary for this role. The Marketing Manager for Textile (Dry) should be a qualified textile technologist with exposure to spinning and weaving in textile manufacturing. The candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in primary or secondary spinning units. Extensive travel throughout India is expected, along with proficiency in secondary spinning, polyester staple fibre, and polyester and nylon filament yarns. The role involves acting as a techno-commercial liaison with secondary spinners and manufacturers, necessitating a high level of technical and commercial competency. For the Marketing Manager role in Paper Chemicals, the ideal candidate should be a qualified paper technologist with a solid understanding of various paper mills across India. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively for conducting trials in paper mills and possess a minimum of five years of shop floor experience in reputable paper mills. Prior experience in marketing paper chemicals with a reputable organization would be an advantage for this position.,
