Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Pantry Boy/Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role as a Pantry Boy/Office Boy, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall office functionality and employee.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office pantry, kitchen, and common areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and light refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, including beverages, snacks, and utensils.
• Assist in the distribution of office mail, documents, and packages.
• Keep track of inventory and place orders for pantry and office supplies as needed.
• Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and well-stocked with necessary items.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture for various office events.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and wiping surfaces.
• Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
• Assist in running errands as required, such as purchasing office supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Provide courteous and helpful assistance to employees and visitors when required.
