🚨 Hiring: Dispatch Executive (Work From Office) – Full-Time Role Des c ription We are l o oking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team in a full-time, work-from-office capacity. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily dispatch operations, ensuring smooth and timely transportation services. The role involves real-time communication with drivers and clients, managing schedules, and addressing any operational issues efficiently. Shift Ti m ings (Rotational – IST) • Mornin g Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM • Aftern oon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Note: Sh i ft timings are rotational based on business requirements. Weekly O f f and Holiday Policy • Rotati onal Weekly Offs: • One we ek: Sunday working with a compensatory weekday off • Next w eek: Sunday off • No Ind ian Public Holidays: Operations continue as per international calendar; Indian holidays are not applicable. ⸻ Key Re s p o nsibilities • Coordi nate with drivers for dispatch and delivery operations • Ensure timely dispatches and monitor transportation schedules • Commun icate with clients and internal teams to resolve delivery issues • Mainta in dispatch logs, update systems, and ensure data accuracy • Suppor t compliance with relevant transportation policies and procedures ⸻ Qualif i c a tions • Experi ence in dispatching or logistics operations preferred • Good c ommunication skills in English (written and verbal) • Basic computer skills and ability to work with dispatch software • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities • Flexib ility to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends • Abilit y to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
