As an IT Manager at our company in Gurugram, India, your primary responsibility will be to manage the IT infrastructure, network administration, IT vendor management, and oversee IT-related operations across subsidiaries. Your role does not involve programming but focuses on IT infrastructure, system management, and outsourced IT services. Key Responsibilities: - IT Infrastructure & Network Management - Oversee and maintain the IT network of headquarters and subsidiaries, including wired and wireless connections. - Understand low-voltage system diagrams for network, surveillance, and telephone extensions. - Manage network cabling and control wiring as required. - Ensure the security and efficiency of internal IT infrastructure. - IT Equipment & System Maintenance - Conduct basic IT equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance with external service providers. - Ensure timely upgrades and troubleshooting of IT hardware such as workstations, servers, and POS systems. - Manage cloud service providers and IT system accounts across subsidiaries. - IT Vendor Management - Manage relationships with IT vendors like HRONE, CARE, website hosting, and email service providers. - Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT-related services. - Ensure IT service providers meet company standards and requirements. - ERP & OA System Administration - Administer and oversee ERP and OA systems to ensure smooth operation and user accessibility. - Manage user permissions and access control across IT systems. - Provide internal support and training for ERP and OA system users. - Subsidiary IT Operations Support - Oversee IT infrastructure setup and maintenance for subsidiaries. - Manage outsourcing projects for surveillance, network setup, telephone systems, websites, and POS machines. - Ensure seamless IT integration between headquarters and subsidiary offices. - Security & Compliance - Monitor IT security and compliance with company policies. - Implement best practices for data security and access control. - Collaborate with management to align IT policies with business goals.
