As a Network Security Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and operating both on-premises and cloud firewalls, specifically Palo Alto firewalls. Your duties will include supporting on-premises network infrastructure, which involves working with a variety of equipment such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Cisco Firewalls. You will be required to analyze network flows, capture port-level details, and troubleshoot any network issues that may arise. It will be essential for you to attend to incidents and problems promptly, raising change requests and ensuring they are followed through the change management processes. Collaboration with third-party support teams, such as Orange and Claranet, is also a key aspect of this role for coordinating network changes effectively. Troubleshooting and resolving network issues in a timely manner will be a regular part of your responsibilities. Operating and implementing changes for both network and cloud network infrastructures, including Azure and AWS, will be crucial. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing and managing complex network security infrastructures, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto Firewalls to guarantee network security and optimal performance. Your expertise in utilizing Prisma cloud and Panoram services for network security and management will be highly valuable. You will collaborate closely with the IT team to develop network flows between different firewall devices, monitor regular network flows and performance, and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement. Identifying network rules for deployment during the transition of infrastructure from on-premises to the cloud will be part of your responsibilities. Active participation in client change management procedures and CAB meetings is expected from you, along with providing technical support and guidance to team members when necessary.,
