Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Hauz Khas. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with team members, managing projects, and ensuring timely task completion. The role includes interactions with alumni, planning events, and contributing to the strategic objectives of the organization. The Assistant Manager will also handle communication channels and support various initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and collaboration. Key responsibilities: • Coordinating and executing events, workshops, and meetings • Managing communication channels, including social media and digital platforms • Supporting ongoing projects and preparing progress reports • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and alumni • Scheduling, documentation, and ensuring efficient office operations Qualifications & Skills: 1. Strong content writing and storytelling skills 2. Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) 3. Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and content creation 4. Basic understanding of the startup ecosystem and think tanks 5. Excellent project management and organizational abilities 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 7. Experience in event planning and coordination 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools 9. Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative settings 10. Prior experience with non-profit or alumni organizations is a plus Eduction Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Compulsory) Preferred: Business Administration, Management, or related field
