Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to manage and facilitate the interview process for our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless interview experience by coordinating with candidates, interview panels, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Interview Scheduling: Organize and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring alignment with interviewer availability. Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups. Panel Coordination: Liaise with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes. Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with hiring teams, recruiters, and other stakeholders. System & Documentation: Maintain interview records, update recruitment trackers, and ensure all scheduling details are accurately documented. Process Improvement: Identify areas for streamlining the interview coordination process to enhance efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR coordination or recruitment support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
