As the HR Coordinator at Incruiter, your primary responsibility will be to act as the key liaison between clients, candidates, and interview panels. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and resolution of any escalations, playing a crucial role in driving an efficient recruitment process while upholding client and candidate satisfaction. Your role will involve client handling, where you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and aligning recruitment solutions to meet their expectations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business will be essential. In terms of scheduling, you will coordinate and schedule interviews between clients, candidates, and interview panels efficiently. It will be your responsibility to manage calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts, provide timely updates to all stakeholders, and utilize appropriate tools to streamline scheduling processes for an improved recruitment experience. Client responding will also be a key aspect of your role, where you will promptly address client inquiries through various communication channels. Keeping clients informed about recruitment progress and candidate status will be crucial, ensuring a smooth flow of communication between clients and the internal team. Handling client escalations professionally and in a timely manner will be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to investigate issues thoroughly, identify root causes, and offer actionable solutions. Any unresolved matters should be escalated to senior management while ensuring client satisfaction is maintained. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with interview panels to ensure their availability for scheduled interviews. Sharing relevant candidate information and interview materials in advance, as well as providing support for any technical or logistical requirements during interviews, will be vital. When it comes to candidate coordination, you will communicate interview schedules, instructions, and expectations clearly. Assisting candidates with any queries related to the interview process, ensuring their preparedness, and following up on post-interview updates will also be part of your role.
