Job Description

Description Role OverviewAs a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce development processes using Copado. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment, integration, and continuous delivery of Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps practices using Copado. Automate deployment processes and improve CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues and provide solutions. Develop and maintain documentation related to deployment processes and procedures. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on Copado best practices. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Copado features and enhancements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Strong experience with Copado for CI/CD in Salesforce environments. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Knowledge of source control management tools (e.g., Git). Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer). Experience with other DevOps tools and practices. Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript). Named Job Posting?
