You have a strong network of distributors and retailers in the assigned location. Your expertise lies in developing and executing regional sales strategies to increase product penetration at pan shops, retail outlets, and distribution channels. Your key responsibilities include identifying, appointing, and managing distributors to ensure smooth supply chain operations. You will build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance market presence. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution is crucial. Conducting market research to analyze competition, customer behavior, and product demand is part of your role. You will also train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Monitoring stock availability, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations are essential tasks. You possess excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills. Your ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, will contribute to your success in this role.
