Upselling & Cross-Selling – Recognize opportunities within existing accounts to expand usage and drive revenue. Onboarding & Training – Support new clients in effectively integrating and adopting the platform. Collaboration – Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery. Market Intelligence – Collect feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Consultative Selling – Act as a trusted advisor, helping salon partners optimize operations and achieve business growth using our platform. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales, field sales, or business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. About the Role Pamprazzi is building India’s largest SaaS marketplace for beauty and wellness businesses—digitizing salons and spas with smart tools for bookings, payments (including BNPL), and customer growth. With 450+ salons onboarded and 10,000+ consumers using us already, we’re now looking for a Vice President of Sales to drive our next stage of growth in India’s metro markets. This is not a BD or account management role. We need a builder and closer —someone who can roll up their sleeves, crack high-value deals with salon chains and wellness brands, and set up Pamprazzi’s entire sales engine (playbook, hiring, expansion). For the right person, this is a fast-track path to Co-Founder status. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing salon/spa chains and wellness businesses. Lead Pamprazzi’s metro-city growth: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai. Build the sales team ground up (recruit, train, and lead a high-performance culture). Develop GTM strategies for SMB/SME acquisition and multi-city expansion. Pitch directly to salon owners, chains, and CXOs—driving long-term SaaS subscriptions. Work hands-on with the founders on pricing, GTM models, and scaling strategy. What We’re Looking For 8–15 years of hardcore SaaS/B2B sales leadership experience in India. Proven record of closing large SMB/SME deals and exceeding targets. Experience building sales functions from scratch at a startup or fast-growth company. Strong understanding of India’s service/retail space (hospitality, tech, beauty, wellness preferred). Independent, high-ownership leader who thrives on outcomes.
