As an AGS Vessel Operations Coordinator, your main responsibilities include coordinating with Principals, Masters, and Owners to ensure smooth vessel operations before and after arrival. Before vessel arrival, you will be responsible for sending Thank You messages to Principals, obtaining pre-arrival information, providing daily ETA notices, updating berthing prospects, and monitoring technical issues.
