Job Description

Role Overview: As a Palo Alto L2 Support Engineer, you will handle advanced technical issues, assist L1 support teams, and ensure the smooth operation of Palo Alto security products. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex problems, guiding junior engineers, and collaborating with customers to resolve network security issues. Key Responsibilities: - Handle escalated support tickets from the L1 team - Troubleshoot complex firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues - Configure and optimize Palo Alto products such as PAN-OS and GlobalProtect - Monitor logs and respond to security threats - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution - Train and mentor L1 support staff - Document solutions and share knowledge Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in network/security support - Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing protocols - Hands-on experience with Palo Alto products - PCNSE or similar certification (preferred) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support,
