A Mechanical Designer Intern works with senior engineers to support the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components and systems, often using Creo/similar software to create 3D models and drawings. Key Responsibilities Design & Modeling: Create sketches, 3D CAD models, and detailed technical drawings for mechanical components and assemblies. Prototyping & Testing: Assist with the development of prototypes and support testing procedures, providing documentation and analyzing results. Collaboration: Work with engineers and cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, to understand project requirements and ensure design feasibility. Analysis & Research: Conduct research on new technologies, analyze design specifications, and perform basic engineering calculations to support design decisions. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test reports. Problem-Solving: Identify and help resolve design issues and contribute to root cause analysis for existing products. Manufacturing Support: Support manufacturing processes by ensuring designs are production-ready and assisting with troubleshooting in the factory.

Role Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B and B2C sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of Brazing Wire, Brazing Rod, Silver Brazing Strip, Silver Brazing Granules, and many more. You will identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers across various industries requiring brazing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Regularly visit customer sites and provide on-site support and consultation. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the industry. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5-10 years in field sales, preferably in the brazing, welding, or manufacturing industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong technical understanding of brazing. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively.
