What You’ll Do: Support brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market planning Assist in building investor and partner decks, reports & internal docs Conduct market, consumer & competitor research Coordinate with agencies, freelancers & suppliers Help streamline brand ops: packaging, sourcing, timelines, etc. Jump in wherever needed — from product testing to launch prep Who You Are: A fast learner with strong communication + analytical skills Passionate about beauty, brand building, and entrepreneurship Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with ambiguity Bonus: Prior experience or coursework in brand/strategy/consulting/startups 💡 You'll get direct exposure to what it takes to build a brand from 0 → 1.

The role involves content strategy, creation, community building, and collaboration management. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with launches and campaigns. Ideate and produce content (photo, video, copy) that reflects brand tone and aesthetics. Manage community engagement — comments, DMs, UGC, and creator interactions. Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights. Identify and manage collaborations with creators and influencers. Coordinate with relevant teams for ongoing shoots and campaigns. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media management (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram trends, analytics, and audience engagement. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools) are a plus.
