Palantir Solution Architect Strategic Advisory & CoE Leader

As a Palantir Solution Architect at our organization, you will play a crucial role in enabling transformation within our client's global tech organization. With over 12 years of experience in data engineering and solution architecture, you will leverage your expertise in Palantir Foundry, PySpark, and TypeScript to architect scalable, secure data pipelines and lead the development of a Center of Excellence (CoE) in India and the US. Your responsibilities will include serving as the Palantir Foundry SME and Strategic Advisor, designing ontologies and applications, leading the CoE, providing strategic direction on platform roadmap, collaborating with AI/ML teams, evangelizing best practices, and conducting workshops with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in data engineering or enterprise technology roles, with 3+ years of experience in Palantir Foundry, strong proficiency in PySpark and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of data governance and security principles. Your leadership and soft skills, including being approachable, strategic, creative, adaptable, and team-oriented, will be essential in building high-performance global teams. While experience in setting up a CoE, familiarity with Agentic AI, exposure to industry verticals, and global delivery models are nice to have, your ability to influence technology direction, build delivery capability, and enable cross-functional transformation will be key in the success of this strategic partnership with the client.,
