Job Description

":" Core Responsibilities:

Design and develop data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry

Build and manage Ontology objects to enable semantic reasoning over data

Configure and maintain data integrations from various sources (JDBC, SFTP, APIs)

Write clean, efficient code using Python, Java, Scala, and SQL

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Perform data quality checks and ensure reliability across Foundry applications

Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and contribute to best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Foundry applications and pipelines

Stay updated on Foundry features, AIP capabilities, and platform enhancements

Requirements

36 years of experience in software development or data engineering

2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing

Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP and LLMs

Knowledge of DevOps practices, ontology design, and access control

Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop

Palantir certifications (e.g., Foundry Developer, Data Engineer)
