As a Palantir Foundry Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, applications, and reports within the Palantir Foundry platform. You should have over 8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of specific experience in working with Palantir and Python. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the Workshop application to create user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows that facilitate data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver high-quality data solutions while maintaining performance and data integrity. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL within Foundry for data transformations and workflows. - Build user interfaces, dashboards, and visualizations in Foundry's Workshop application to support data analysis and reporting. - Engage with stakeholders, including data engineers, business analysts, and users, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure project success. - Implement validation, testing, and monitoring processes to ensure data quality and performance. - Contribute to the Foundry ecosystem by participating in code reviews, documentation, and sharing best practices to enhance platform adoption. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree is preferred. - Expertise in Palantir Foundry, including components like Workshop, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, and Ontology. - Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation and pipeline development. - Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization. - Experience with ETL/ELT workflows, data modeling, and validation techniques in a data engineering context. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure is advantageous. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
