Job Title: Painter Location: Vagator, Goa Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Perform interior and exterior painting of residential units as per design and quality standards. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to ensure smooth paint application. Apply primers, undercoats, and finishing coats using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix and match paint colors to meet design specifications. Ensure proper protection of adjacent surfaces (floors, furniture, fixtures) during painting work. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area. Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishing. Work closely with site supervisors to meet project timelines and schedules. Required Qualifications / Skills: 5 to 7 years of experience in painting work, preferably in the construction or interior finishing sector. Strong knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and surface preparation. Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, high-quality finishes. Physically fit and able to work long hours if required. Immediate joiners preferred .
