Urban Company is a technology platform that offers a variety of services at home to customers. You will be responsible for managing the Painting category, which is the highest GMV category within Urban Company. Painting services are highly valued in India, with a market potential exceeding 100k Cr. Your role will involve training and managing Relationship Managers (RMs) and Painters, who are the main point of contact with customers. You will also focus on performance management, quality control, and daily metrics of RMs and Painters. As a part of the selected cohort building the painting business at Urban Company, you will play a key role in developing a strong supply base of high-quality painters. The success of the Painting category relies on delivering high-quality work with a warranty to customers, which will require innovative problem-solving and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Paint Technical, with a strong technical knowledge of paint and paint application. Excellent time management, customer service skills, and the ability to develop new training approaches are essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about training, creating high-quality teams, taking ownership, and solving problems through a first principles approach. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
