Monitor paint consumption, quality metrics (DFT, gloss, adhesion, etc.), and cycle times. Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Paint Shop Operations Supervise daily painting activities including surface preparation, priming, base coat, and top coat application on FRP components. Ensure proper curing and drying parameters are met according to technical specifications. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to meet production schedules. Quality & Process Control Ensure adherence to specified paint thickness, gloss level, color shade, adhesion, and finish standards.
