Role & responsibilities Please share the profiles for JD given below Please find the mention below job description of line engineer. Good knowledge of working in paint shop & handling paint shop equipment like with proper safety Required knowledge of working at paint shop loading, unloading station & handling team of around 20 to 30 people in shift Dealing with internal supplier (Mold shop) & customer (Assembly shop), Problem solving related to paint shop issue related to man, method, machine & material Knowledge of work in SAP, preparing reports, good communication & presentation skill Knowledge of robotic paint shop application & problem solving Work experience in plastic part painting line & paint shop process Knowledge of preparing all the Paint IPIs (Paint scrap, paint RFT and Paint OEE) and daily production reports as a part of paint team Proper knowledge of hazardous material knowledge and paint shop process audit Paint consumption monitoring & reduction experience Productivity improvement and production planning & manpower optimization as per customer requirement Knowledge of doing inventory at paint shop & handling spot repair area in paint shop Preferred candidate profile
