Knowledge of safety in Paint Shops, risk identification and mitigation. Analysis of the paint process, paint quality improvement, defects monitoring and equipment focusing on the paint finish. Management of the team to achieve the organizational targets. Discussion with the customers (Paint shops) for their concerns and feedback.
