As a Senior Sales Executive in the paint & coatings industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. You will need to develop strategies to meet revenue goals, increase market share, and manage channel partners effectively. Your experience in sales, dealer/distributor management, and market analysis will be crucial in achieving these objectives. You will be tasked with appointing, managing, and strengthening relationships with dealers and distributors. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities, acquire key accounts, and expand our customer base. Building strong connections with contractors, architects, and industrial clients will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide leadership to the sales team, monitor their performance, and conduct training sessions to ensure their professional development. Market and competitor analysis will be essential for tracking trends, analyzing competitors, and making informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Maintaining accurate records, forecasts, and reports will be necessary for sales reporting and documentation. You will also need to address client concerns and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective product solutions. Your ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and lead by example will be critical in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience in sales within the paint/coating industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage channel sales and B2B sales effectively. Knowledge of paint products, applications, and industry trends will be advantageous, along with a willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.,
