As a Paid Media Specialist at Shamoor Media Group in Gurugram, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and managing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI). By collaborating with creative and analytics teams, you will align strategies with business objectives, integrate SEO with paid advertising, and deliver regular performance reports while keeping abreast of industry trends to drive successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include planning and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Platforms, monitoring performance metrics to enhance strategies and ROI, conducting A/B testing to improve ad creatives and targeting strategies, managing marketing budgets efficiently, and collaborating with creative, content, and analytics teams to align strategies with business goals. You will also be expected to prepare detailed performance reports, integrate SEO strategies with paid advertising efforts, and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Ads Manager, strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights, excellent communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration, familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and knowledge of SEO best practices to complement paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing. The working days for this full-time position are Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturdays off, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Fluency in English, recent experience with marketing agencies, managing multiple clients, and willingness to commute to Gurugram sector 27 are essential requirements for this role.
