Purpose of the Job Overall responsible for O&M, SPoC - Day to day operation and manage critical situations to achieve SLAs - uptime to meet the customer requirment, Ensures reliability and efficiency of DC Operation, Owns Sow and SLAs, PPM , Safety - DRs , Audit Readiness - certification follow ups , Compliance - Space management - BCMS Core Filed - Electrical Panels - HT 110/33KV /11KV , Transformers, UPS ,Chillers , PAHU , PAC, AHU, STP , HSD , energy managment, IBMS, Chiller Plant Manager. Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) Lead Shift team and ensure all planned and un planned activities to be executed with the time line with good communication Tracking all the complaint and closing with in the SLA deviation Incident management and RCA with closer of RCA recomendation on time with periodic review of RCA Asset management - Warranty - AMC - Lifecycle - Capacity management 5 PPM tracking and completion with the TAT - with OEM and ensure 100% availability of equipment's Vendor management with RAT and TAT on compliants and ensure the uptime of redundant equipment's too Track and Maintain record for all stocks as per the BCP requirement Coordinating with all CE Team for customer related quires and submitining report on time Maintaining all Compliance 100% with track of periodic tracker Maintaining and adhere the Physical security Process Preparation of Risk assessment and period validations and updates based on the incidents and RCA Updating all inventories up to date with capacity vs accompany vs balance on monthly basses with customer details on Rack inventory Submitting all reports on time with the agreed time line All audit and compliance should be 100% Knowledge in HSE Demonstrate (Key competencies) 1. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree 2. Proven relevant work experience in Data Center Industry 3. Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in data center Infrastructure 4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Educational Level Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Working Experience At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience

Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - HVAC Design Experience: 5 to 10years Qualification: B.E/B.Tech(Mechanical/Electrical) Locations: Chennai/Mumbai/Bengaluru Job description Responsible for Operation, Maintenance and repair of Air-cooled Chillers and its associated CRAHs, chilled water distribution, Water Pumps, DX based PAC machines and Treated Fresh Air units, etc Operate the HVAC equipments with best efficiency. Inspecting the HVAC system performance and condition monitoring for smooth operation of the system. Conducting heat load calculation, CFM measurement, Air-Balancing as an when required. Identify and implement the energy saving potential ideas to maintain the Optimum PUE of the Data centre Facility. Attending customer meeting and handling Customer queries to fulfil the customer demands to achieve the best customer satisfaction. Ensure the customer Service Level Agreements particularly the temperature and RH level in the server hall are managed and maintained within the acceptable level. Resolve the HVAC system problems within minimum possible duration. Involvement in the preparation of the service level agreement to get the prompt service from the OEM. Maintaining Critical spare of the HVAC equipment’s to handle emergency situations. Annual maintenance budget preparation and executing all utilising the allocated budget with a system approach to improve the system performance. To maintain the maximum uptime of the HVAC system without any loss of redundancy levels. Preparation of SOP/MOP/EOP in accordance with systems equipment requirement. Develop a preventive maintenance program and maintain the quality work for any repair activity. Monitor the preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation. Responsibilities also include designing modifications to existing systems, if required. Handling retrofitting or repair jobs as required and review the job for its quality. Evaluate workload and schedule work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes output. Ensure all process and procedures are followed as per the guidelines. Ensures that technicians have proper tools for the job and that they are properly maintained. Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Provides on-the-job training and support to employees. Oversees facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring that assets are protected and controlled. Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area. Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties Managing relationships with customers, vendors and all the stakeholder SKILLS In depth knowledge of critical facilities such as Air-Cooled Chillers, Cooling towers, CRAH (Computer Air Handling Units) Chilled water management system. Strong Leadership and Organizational skill. Ability to prioritize and consistently delivered results in complex, fast paced environment. Excellent communication Demonstrates strong people management skills. Thorough knowledge of heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems. Considerable knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment Working knowledge of electrical power distribution systems Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and prescribe repair procedures Ability to train and supervise others Ability to prioritize, plan, assign, coordinate and direct the work of HVAC team. Ability to design smaller systems or design modifications to larger systems Analytical skills to diagnose HVAC problems; and to understand and work from layout, schematics, drawings Incumbent must be able to work well as a team member; must be self-driven, reliable, and responsible Ability to review specifications for HVAC and environmental control systems
