To manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support budgeting, compliance, and audit activities specific to the solar panel manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance). Oversee accounts payable and receivable activities. Monitor inventory costing and valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Ensure timely posting of entries related to purchase, sales, and manufacturing processes. 2. GST & Taxation File monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Handle TDS deduction, payment, and filing (Form 26Q, etc.). Coordinate with consultants/auditors for Income Tax and other statutory filings. Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with vendor GST data. 3. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Perform cost analysis and margin monitoring across product lines. Support management with MIS reports and data-driven insights for decision-making. 4. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations. Assist with statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments. Maintain documentation for audit trail and financial controls. 5. ERP & Systems Management Work on ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, SAP, Zoho, Oracle). Coordinate with IT/ERP team for implementation or upgrades relevant to accounts processes. 6. Banking & Treasury Liaise with banks for payments, LC, BG, and working capital management. Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred. 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in renewable energy or solar. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and/or other accounting software. Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information. Soft Skills: Good communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

To oversee and manage the daily operations of the solar panel manufacturing unit, ensuring production targets are met with the desired quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The Production Manager plays a key role in improving production processes and coordinating with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Control Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines. Monitor daily output against targets and take corrective actions if deviations occur. Optimize machine utilization and labor efficiency. Coordinate with the procurement and stores departments for raw material availability. 2. Team & Resource Management Supervise production supervisors, operators, and technicians. Train and motivate production staff to maintain performance and discipline. Prepare shift schedules and manpower planning. Ensure proper allocation of tasks and responsibilities. 3. Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with product quality standards as per MNRE/IEC guidelines. Coordinate with the QA/QC team for in-process and final inspections. Investigate product defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. 4. Process Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage. Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles. Collaborate with the engineering team for production line enhancements and new product introductions. 5. Health, Safety & Compliance Enforce safety standards on the shop floor. Ensure all equipment and operations meet environmental and regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic safety audits and trainings for workers. 6. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports (OEE, Downtime, Yield, etc.). Report any bottlenecks, delays, or issues to senior management. Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing of machines. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 812 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3–5 years in solar or electronics production. Familiarity with solar panel manufacturing processes (cell stringing, lamination, framing, testing, etc.). Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production monitoring tools. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management. Analytical thinking and decision-making. Communication and coordination across departments. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Daily Responsibilities: 1. Shift Start Activities Attend shift handover meeting with outgoing HR shift personnel. Conduct attendance verification (biometric/manual) for all employees & contract workers. Check absenteeism report and update the same to relevant departments. Coordinate with security for shift-wise gate entry report. 2. Employee Management Address employee grievances related to attendance, leaves, ID cards, canteen, Transports etc. Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, PPE usage (Safety Shoes), and discipline on shop floor. Conduct regular rounds on the shop floor to monitor employee Behaviour & engagement. Maintain daily employee feedback or issue tracker. 3. Contract Labor Management Verify contract labor & employee availability and headcount against current manpower planning . Coordinate with contractors for replacements or absenteeism. Ensure compliance with labor law documentation (Gate pass). 4. Welfare & Administration Oversee proper functioning of canteen, restrooms, drinking water, etc. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the plant premises. Support and monitor implementation of HR welfare initiatives. 5. Compliance & Documentation Maintain shift-wise attendance reports. Log all shift HR incidents/observations in the HR shift report register. Escalate critical cases (disciplinary, absenteeism, safety violations) to HR Manager. Ensure notice board communication is up to date. 6. Coordination Tasks Liaise with production, safety, and admin teams to ensure smooth shift operation. Assist in training & onboarding support for new joiners during the shift. Support health & safety compliance during the shift. 7. End of Shift Activities Prepare and submit daily shift HR report. Handover any pending issues or follow-ups to the next shift HR. Log shift summary in the HR shift register/email.
