Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and mixers safely and efficiently. Ensure proper portioning of ingredients to minimize wastage and control food costs. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area as per food safety standards. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and service. Assist in inventory management and report shortages to the supervisor. Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of pizza and pasta preparation techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices. Qualifications & Experience:Prior experience as a Pizza Maker, Pasta Chef, or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Basic culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
