We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatrician Specialist to join our clinic in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric medicine, with a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to our young patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development.
• Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions, illnesses and injuries.
• Administer vaccinations and recommend preventative care.
• Discuss treatment options and procedures directly with caregivers.
• Monitor and manage the health and progress of pediatric patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, including electronic health records.
• Educate caregivers and family members on proper pediatric care including nutrition, immunizations, and preventive healthcare measures. and at-home treatment.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pediatric medicine and implement evidence-based practices in daily clinical activities.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate degree in Paediatrics (MD/DNB) with valid registration.
• Proven experience as a Paediatrician, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice.
• Valid medical license to practice in Karnataka, India.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the clinic and patients.

Full-time.

Working hours: 9 hours per day

Schedule:

• Rotational (Morning & Evening)
• Morning shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• Total work: 2-7 years (Preferred)
