You have an exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Hardware Designer in our Research and Development team. As a Senior Hardware Designer, you will be responsible for designing both digital and analog circuits with at least 7 years of experience in hardware design. You will also work on IoT product development and SOM modules like Quectel, Neoway, and SIMCOM. Proficiency in PCB design tools such as OrCAD, Allegro, PADS Layout, Dx Designer, Hyperlynx, CAM350, GC Preview, ADS is required for this role. In this role, you will need a strong understanding of hardware architecture, R&D, and proof-of-concept development. Basic knowledge of firmware and debugging at the firmware level is also essential. Additionally, familiarity with certification standards and regulatory compliance is a plus. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with experience in mass manufacturing and high-volume production. Apart from technical skills, soft skills are equally important. Excellent team collaboration and communication skills are required. You should possess strong project management and analytical abilities. The ability to understand and execute rework/iteration needs is also vital for this role.
