Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and proactive Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, collecting payments (cash/cheque/UPI), providing payment receipts, and maintaining accurate records. You will be the face of our company when interacting with retailers and distributors, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Visit retail stores and distributors as per collection schedule Follow up with clients for outstanding payments Collect cash, cheques, or confirm online transfers and issue receipts Maintain accurate collection records and update daily reports Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation Build and maintain good relationships with retailers Escalate any payment issues or client concerns to the management Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / HSC / Graduate 1–2 years of experience in field collections or sales preferred Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp communication Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving license Familiarity with Mumbai geography, especially retail markets Good communication and interpersonal skills Trustworthy and punctual Work Details:Job Type: Full-Time Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Location: Santacruz East (Office), with field visits across Mumbai Salary: ₹12,000–₹22,000 per month (based on experience) + travel allowance + incentives on recovery
