Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Responsibilities Sales Operations Support 1. Handle quote requests to OEMs, including: Annual: Submit AT quotes to the sales team. Monthly: Submit AT quotes and Padah quotes to the sales team. 2. Assist in vendor registration and management, including MSA and NDA processes for vendor onboarding. 3. Support operations for Enterprise Billed Accounts by managing: URL tracking. License provisioning processes. Invoice and margin management. Renewal Management 1. Manage renewal reminders using the CRM platform by: Creating pipelines and tasks for renewals. Sending renewal reminders to customers 90 days before the renewal date. Generating renewal quotes and sharing them with customers. 2. Pre-connect with sales to gather inputs, inform them about upcoming renewals, and loop them into the process. 3. Ensure the sales team actively works on renewals and provide regular updates until closure. 4. Share Padah quotes with customers and finalize renewals. Data Management and Analysis 1. Update the MIS/CRM system with relevant sales data. 2. Generate and maintain license reports and co-term license records. 3. Extend quote validity as needed and maintain accurate data tracking across platforms. Quote Creation 1. Generate quotations based on customer needs as communicated by the sales team. 2. Ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements in all quotes. Coordination and Communication 1. Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and customers to ensure smooth workflows. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required Skills 1. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Formatting, Basic charts, pivot table). 2. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Familiarity with CRM platforms. Experience 1. 6months-2yr of experience in sales operations or a related role. 2. Utilize email campaigns and cold calling to reach out to potential clients. Generate leads both domestically and internationally to expand Padah Solutions' client base. Product Knowledge and Differentiation: Conduct product demonstrations, emphasizing Padah Solutions' unique features and benefits.
