Packman Engineering – a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery – is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new clients, and expanding our market presence in the packaging industry. You’ll be the face of Packman for our customers, showcasing our solutions and converting inquiries into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers Understand customer needs and recommend the right machine solutions (Pouch Packing, Bottle Filling, Bulk Bag Filling, etc.) Generate leads through cold calls, visits, email marketing, and trade shows Prepare and present quotations, follow up, and close deals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the technical team for custom requirements and after-sales support Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Compensation Package: Bonus pay Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8866666277
