Job description: Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,691.65 per month Job Summary: The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packaging operations to ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising packaging staff, managing schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the packaging team. Ensure all packaging operations comply with company policies, GMP, FDA, or other applicable regulatory standards. Monitor packaging line performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of packaging output, labor, and materials used. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure packaging quality and consistency. Train, coach, and evaluate packaging staff; promote a culture of safety and accountability. Schedule and assign tasks to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control, Warehouse, and Production Planning. Ensure packaging machinery and tools are maintained in good working condition; coordinate repairs as necessary. Enforce and uphold health and safety protocols in the workplace. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, production processes, and quality standards Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. Working Conditions: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
