The job involves maintaining the incoming stock of Raw Material (RM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) in both Excel and Tally systems. This includes preparing monthly stock statements for RM, SFG, FG, consumables, capital lab chemicals, and packing materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a list of non-moving items and critical items along with their consumption patterns. Furthermore, the role requires you to manage re-order levels and minimum stock levels effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring the packing plan, ensuring packing materials" availability, and managing the associated manpower. Keeping the working environment in line with the 5S implementation system is a key aspect of this position. Overall, the position entails meticulous record-keeping, inventory management, and coordination to ensure the smooth flow of materials within the production process.,
