1) Responsible to run the packing machines with out any interruption.
2) Responsible to have the ability to identify any fault in the machine before the breakdown.
3) Responsible to run the packing machines with minimal wastage of film & leakages.
4) Responsible to have adequate knowledge about CIP procedures in Dairy industry.
5) Responsible to ensure weighment of Milk & Milk products is in accordace with SOP.
7) Responsible to maintain film yield as per SOP.
8) Responsible to change the date codes & batch nos as per the sop.
9) Responsible to maintain the hygenic condition in the plant premises.
10) Responsible to fix & follow the machinery service schedule.
11) Responsible to ensure that there is no loss of product while packing
