Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations to incorporate best practices. - Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of packing operations, including production reports, inventory levels, and quality control logs. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on packing performance and improvements. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and regulations. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) - Qualification will be preferred. Experience : 8 to 20 years of experience in packing or production management, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment. Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills.
