Contact Number - 7030559000 We are Automobile Industry and we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Incharge for our company to manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, efficient space utilization, timely order dispatches, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols for domestic and export shipments. Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials (CKD, SKD, CBU). Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities to meet dispatch targets and TAKT time for container loading. Coordinate closely with packaging, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth export readiness. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of goods as per standard operating procedures. Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed and maintain hygiene and housekeeping (5S) in the warehouse. Oversee manpower deployment and supervise warehouse staff for performance and discipline. Handle material reconciliation, damage reporting, and scrap handling in compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, self-sealing procedures, and customs requirements. Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to warehouse operations, Packaging, space utilization, and stock audits. Coordinate with transporters and loading teams to ensure timely dispatch and documentation compliance. Required skills and qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Any Graduate Minimum 46 years of experience in warehouse operations and handling team; preferably in the automotive or export sector Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of CKD/SKD/CBU packaging/handling. Hands-on experience with Excel Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Understanding of export packing processes. Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports. Should be able to handle team and work independently Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
