The role involves operating fully automated DCS controlled machinery, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations. Preferred candidate profile Operate and monitor mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, and freezing equipment. Ensure proper ingredient blending, temperature control, and product consistency. Operate and monitor automated packaging machines Ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling, and coding of ice cream products. Monitor and adjust packaging parameters to minimize waste and downtime Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Minimize product losses and optimize production efficiency Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment Familiarity with Ice-cream processing and packaging machinery Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad; Within age group of 28-35 years.
