Job Title: Packing Executive

Department: Dispatch / Warehouse

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

The Packing Executive is responsible for preparing, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently, ensuring products reach customers in perfect condition and on time. The role involves maintaining quality standards in packaging, handling logistics coordination, and supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing Duties:

• Pack products according to order requirements and company standards.
• Ensure all items are correctly labelled, barcoded, and tagged.
• Check product quality before packing to prevent damage or errors.
• Use appropriate packing materials to protect goods during transit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Record quantities packed and update dispatch documentation.

General Duties:

• Support inventory management by counting and organizing stock.
• Follow all safety and company procedures during packing and delivery.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and ensure basic maintenance checks.
• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school Pass / Fail - diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in packing, dispatch, or delivery operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of inventory and documentation processes.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift moderate weights.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under time constraints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or production facility.
• Requires standing for long periods and occasional heavy lifting.
• May involve working in shifts or overtime during high-demand periods.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions during delivery tasks.
