With the following qualifications: -Minimum 23 years of experience in food service, QSR, catering, or bakery operations -Attention to detail and understanding of food safety, packaging, and presentation -Familiarity with order management tools (CRM, Excel, or ERP systems) -Strong coordination skills with production, dispatch, and logistics teams -Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and during dispatch peak hours Key Responsibilities: Quality Check: Ensure all products dispatched meet Theobroma’s quality standards, including taste, presentation, freshness, and client-specific requirements. Quantity Check: Confirm that each order includes the correct quantity of items as per the order details received in B2B Forms / CRM or invoices. Packaging Check: Supervise packaging as per order specifications, ensuring: Custom notes/messages on Cakes / Cards are included / Placement of the right toppers Necessary items like condiments, tissues, paper plates, wooden cutlery are packed Packaging is secure, neat, and aligns with brand standards Veg & Nonveg indication Labelling: Ensure all products are packed with proper labels and use-by dates along with the FSSAI number & Nutritional Information. Sorting of Outlets: Systematically sort orders based on outlet or delivery destination to avoid misrouting. Dispatch Updates: Provide timely updates to relevant teams regarding dispatch status. This includes confirming dispatch completion, highlighting any discrepancies, and maintaining smooth communication for flawless delivery execution.
