Generate, evaluate and coordinate packaging related documentation including specifications, test plans/reports, and other BSC Product Development Process documents. Strong knowledge of statistical methodology. Evaluate, create and document package/product test methods for new product development and existing design improvements. Understanding of documentation management systems and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) is required. Work closely with other members of the Packaging Engineering department and interact with personnel from a variety of areas within BSC. Develop strong team skills, including communication, teamwork, initiative and managed execution of all project deliverables. Work with suppliers and OEM contacts to establish partnerships to maximize quality, delivery, and lead times, and to incorporate their abilities, ideas, and material/product knowledge into new development. Keep abreast of new technologies, test methods and advances in the medical device packaging industry. Academic Qualification and Experience Bachelor s Degree in Packaging Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Degree Minimum 4-6 years work experience Experience with MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Statistical Software and its use for Engineering Applications

As the Logistics and Packaging Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of transportation flows (Domestic & Import) for New Projects and Serial Life. You will actively support Supply Chain Strategy, optimize TFR & CFR, manage inbound part flows, and address transport-related issues in Serial Life. For Packaging, you will own and execute packaging solutions from concept to mass production in new projects, manage Serial Life packaging stability, cleanliness, and maintenance. You will drive packaging strategy, cost optimization, KPI ownership, resolve daily packaging quality concerns, and ensure all packaging documentation is maintained and updated. Your key accountabilities will include ensuring on-time logistics deliverables, developing logistics flow architecture, performing transportation cost analysis, monitoring logistics KPIs, optimizing transportation networks, and proposing corrective actions. Additionally, you will ensure packaging availability, resolve daily packaging issues, manage Pack Cost KPI, track Monozukuri improvements, and coordinate with plant teams for packaging concerns. You will communicate and work with internal & external logistics and packaging teams, tier 1 & pack suppliers, logistics service providers, internal supply chain teams, cross-functional teams, plant teams, and corporate teams. Your performance indicators will include achieving Transportation & Packaging Cost KPI targets, readiness and quality in supply chain deliverables, serial life improvement metrics, and process & strategy improvements. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/management/supply chain with 9-10 years of experience in Automotive SCM. Experience in Logistics Design & Setup, Packaging Cost Management/Optimization, and Packaging/Product Development Processes is preferred. Your competencies should include knowledge of Automotive Logistics, Transport & EXIM Regulations, Green/Brownfield Setup, CAD/CATIA/Pack Assist tools, and Supplier/Vendor Management. Behaviorally, you should be a team player, autonomous, proactive, result-oriented, flexible, culturally aware, and have strong stakeholder coordination skills. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong initiative in both launch and serial environments.,
