Role & responsibilities

Working with Global Team for developing packaging specification for live system.
Responsible for maintaining and harmonizing the packaging specification in the system.
Creation of Standardized packaging specification document Responsible for Data Collection from Global Vendors/Suppliers for missing information to enable the subsequent creation & enrichment of all specs and packaging standards
Lead Key Areas of Capability Improvement: Productivity/Value Creation, Category Benchmarking, Technical Know-How, Design Best Practices, Development Innovation Process &Excellence in Execution
Lead the productivity improvement pillar for packaging areas in the supply chain cross function all team (material, equipment)
Material, equipment, design, rationalization, waste improvement.
Vendor based sustainability reporting.

Candidate Requirements

Btech/ PG in Packaging or related fields.
1-5 yrs Experience(excluding internship) in FMCG, Pharma, consumer goods or related industries
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
Notice Period- Can join immediately or not more than 1 month.
