As an Assistant Manager-AMS at Siegwerk in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in providing proper sales support to allocated customers and the marketing team in alignment with business objectives and management guidelines. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various interfacing departments such as PPC, Manufacturing, Technology, Finance, and Despatch to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining customer files according to office procedures and management guidelines, as well as providing data and MIS support to all concerned persons and departments. Furthermore, as an Assistant Manager-AMS, you will support other AMS colleagues in their absence, oversee SAP O2C Module management, and provide advice to the organization on possible improvements in systems and customer support. You may also be assigned other tasks from time to time based on business objectives. To be successful in this role, you should possess a university degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support function. Knowledge of SAP O2C Module, strong computer skills, and prior experience in the printing and packaging business are preferred.
